Pacific Vim

Our new guest beer is a return of a favourite from last year, Pacific NW, with a few tweaks. Already a mightily hopped and fruity pale ale, we've added a load of malted oats which help provide a sweetness that helps soften the bitterness of the hops leaving all the fruity, resinous flavour to enjoy. We've also upped the dry hopping of Azacca and Warrior hops accordingly, as well as generously hopping in the copper with Amarillo.

Great for summer drinking, this juicy, hazy pale has hop notes of tropical fruits and pine.
